Back Home

We got back home around 5:00 last night, just in time for me to go to play practice! Our church is doing "Boomerang Express" for VBS this year, and I am in the drama!! It's fun!

Our grandparents took us 1/2 way to GA., and my mom took us home from there. We met at a McDonald's that is right near the road. There is a cement wall separating the side walk and the grass in front of McDonald's....so, while we were waiting for my mom to arrive, Graham (my younger brother) and Caleb (my cousin who is Graham's age) had the wonderful idea to stand at the wall and "wave" their arms, asking people to honk their horns. It was very amusing for the rest of us to watch! Sometimes, we doubled over with laughter!! :) They got several "honks", and Parker (my older brother) joined them. I think they got about 21 "honks!".

It looked like so much fun, so Rachel (my cousin, Caleb's older sister) and I joined. By the time my mom came, we got about 82 "honks"! Then, of course, the boys did it a few minutes longer...and got to about 87! On our way home, Parker, Graham, and I got around 94 (including the 87 gotten at McDonald's)!!!

I really wish I had a camera!! Rachel took a few pictures with her phone, but I don't know if we can post them here or not. (?)

Have a great day---
